Dr Tahir Zaman is Associate Professor in Human Geography at the University of Sussex and Co-Director of the Sussex Centre for Migration Research. He specialises in refugee studies, forced migration, and social policy, with extensive experience in research, teaching, academic leadership, financial oversight and research governance.
